class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het bestuur is belast met het besturen van de stichting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het bestuur is bevoegd te besluiten tot het aangaan van overeenkomsten tot verkrijging, vervreemding en bezwaring van registergoederen en tot het aangaan van overeenkomsten waarbij de stichting zich als borg of hoofdelijk medeschuldenaar verbindt, zich voor derde sterk maakt of zich zekerheidstelling voor een schuld van een ander verbindt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aan de bestuurders kan geen beloning worden toegekend.
